Job Description

Neev India Trust is looking for committed Field Volunteers to support our New India environmental and rural development projects. The role involves working directly with communities to support education, awareness, and implementation of sustainable initiatives.

This position is suitable for individuals with an NGO, social work, or social studies background who have prior experience in field-level work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits in assigned areas
• Support community awareness programs related to environment, education, and sustainability
• Assist in mobilising rural youth, women, and community groups
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and beneficiaries
• Support data collection, reporting, and basic documentation
• Represent Neev India Trust professionally at the grassroots level

Eligibility Criteria

• Background in NGO work / Social Work / Social Studies
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field experience
• Comfortable working on-ground with rural and semi-urban communities
• Basic communication and coordination skills
• Commitment to social and environmental causes

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 (after successful completion period)
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
• Statutory Benefits: PF & ESI applicable for all selected candidates
