Role Overview
NEEV India Trust is hiring Field Surveyors to drive our plastic recycling and shop-exchange program across India. Surveyors will go field-to-field to stop households, hotels, restaurants, and local commercial establishments from discarding plastic waste. Surveyors will collect scrap plastic at a rate of ₹20/kg and issue credit coupons/vouchers that citizens can redeem directly for daily store products, FMCG goods, or purified water at designated NEEV partner outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Outreach & Onboarding: Visit local households, hotels, restaurants, and retail shops to onboard them into the NEEV waste-exchange initiative.
- Scrap Collection & Weight Auditing: Measure, log, and collect waste plastic accurately at the fixed buyback value of ₹20/kg.
- Coupon / Credit Management: Provide instant exchange vouchers to contributors, allowing them to purchase store goods or RO water using their plastic credits. Neev India Trust
- Data Reporting & Surveying: Record daily collection metrics, route maps, and participant counts in the official reporting system.
- Awareness Generation: Educate local business owners and residents on environmental sustainability and responsible plastic disposal.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Position Type: PAN India Field Operations (200+ Vacancies).
- Role Nature: Strictly merit-based hiring; selection is based purely on field capability and performance.
- Mobility & Travel: Willingness to undertake extensive daily local field travel.
- Outstation Relocation: Open to relocation across regions as required. Note: Accommodation arrangements for outstation stays are supported, with room rent covered by candidates.
- Skills Needed: Ground-level communication skills, basic arithmetic for weight calculation/credit issuance, and a proactive attitude toward field engagement.
