Role Overview

NEEV India Trust is inviting energetic volunteers and community champions across India to drive grassroots adoption of our plastic waste-exchange initiative. As a Volunteer / Referral Partner, you will educate household members, local store owners, and community residents about environmental sustainability, help them install the NEEV mobile app, and onboard them as active members. For every new member you recruit who submits their plastic waste (at ₹20/kg) and redeems their credits, you earn a fixed referral reward of ₹500.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Outreach & App Sharing: Share the NEEV Mobile App link via social media, direct interaction, and community groups, guiding residents and local businesses to download and register.
• Member Onboarding: Walk new users through the app interface, demonstrating how to register as a NEEV waste-exchange member.
• Program Awareness: Explain the core benefit: instead of throwing away plastic waste, members sell it to NEEV at ₹20/kg and receive instant digital coupons/credits to buy store goods, daily necessities, or RO water at partner shops.
• First Scrap Submission Support: Assist new members in completing their initial plastic collection pickup or drop-off at designated local centers.
• Referral Tracking: Ensure your unique volunteer referral code or link is applied during registration so every onboarded member is credited to your profile.
